ICSTCC 2018 - Registration

Please note the following:

1. For each paper at least one of the authors has to be registered before August 3rd, 2018 in order to include the paper in the Conference program.
2. Regular registrants are allowed to upload two papers. Student registrants are allowed to upload only one paper. Additional papers may be uploaded for 150 EUR each.
3. Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with an university or another similar institution. Registration as a Student requires an Official Letter stating that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. student. This letter should be sent to ICSTCC 2018 Secretariat - icstcc2018@ugal.ro.
4. The payments can be made by bank transfer or online.
5. Bank transfer can be done in EUR or RON. Payments in RON must be done in accordance with the current EUR/RON exchange rate. Conference fee does not include bank charges. On the bank payment form as payment details please indicate the author name and the paper ID. After payment of the registration fee by bank transfer, you must scan the payment proof and send it to ICSTCC 2018 Secretariat - icstcc2018@ugal.ro.
6. Online payment can be done only in EUR with Visa or Mastercard credit cards. The purchase is securely handled by euPlatesc.ro. No credit card information will be stored at the end of the transaction.
7. All cancellations must be made by writing to the ICSTCC 2018 Secretariat (icstcc2018@ugal.ro). Cancellations received before September 1st, 2018 are fully refundable minus a 75 EUR processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after September 1st, 2018 are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
